Eleia Seafront Rooms & Villas is located on the island of Lesvos, nestled between the seaside villages of Petra and Anaxos. The location offers landscapes of unique natural beauty and stunning views of the Aegean Sea.

The resort features rooms and villas with private pools, designed with minimal aesthetics and a sense of refined luxury.

The Challenge

The overall exceptional experience offered by the accommodation has been further enhanced with the installation of Aluminco’s SL 2450 and W 450 systems.

The W 450 is a high-performance, insulated opening system that meets modern standards for energy efficiency, sound insulation, refined aesthetics, and enhanced security.

The SL 2450 is an insulated lift-and-slide system that, in addition to excellent thermal performance, offers elegant constructions with unobstructed views, thanks to its slim interlock and low threshold design.

The Result

The project’s demand for refined, contemporary aesthetics and unobstructed views of the stunning natural surroundings — combined with the need for high energy performance — was fully met through the application of Aluminco systems.
