The construction of the two houses has high functional and aesthetic requirements, with the main characteristic being the purity of the form, which stems from the detail in the design and implementation. The Poemo villas were designed to function fully and independently, within a private and protected area of ​​a unique Mediterranean environment.

The builder’s vision was successfully completed through the combination of modern facilities with Greek values, creating an intimate warmth. Respecting their surroundings, the residences become one with the other like two olive trunks embracing under the sunlight. The large openings in the face of each building leave the view unaffected to meet the blue of the sea and the blue of the sky, while at the same time leading to the private comfortable outdoor pool area.
