For the construction of the project, the W450 was utilized, a high-performance opening thermal insulation system that meets modern energy efficiency, soundproofing, aesthetics, and safety requirements.
The wide range of profiles in the series provides a variety of functional and aesthetic solutions, including straight or curved sections, as well as the ability to create complex typologies, such as aller-retour doors, rotating windows with a flat mullion, and opening frames with a “hidden leaf” to achieve a high-level aesthetic. The combination of the available profiles with high-quality components and mechanisms highlights the versatile and ergonomic nature of the system.
The uncompromising priority of the system for maximum energy savings and high security is ensured thanks to the possibility of perimeter locking and the use of glass-reinforced polyamides (24 mm), giving it a thermal insulation coefficient of Uf=2.2-2.6 W/m²K and a sound reduction coefficient Rw of 43 dB.
A key feature of the system is the use of the least visible aluminum with the W450 HS hidden leaf version, which perfectly combines the feeling of a simple, minimalist, and elegant aesthetic result with the security and functionality of the perimeter mechanism.
The modern architectural line of the system is reflected, beyond its contemporary aesthetics, in the minimal visible height of 72 mm, which maximizes the field of view and allows the maximum possible penetration of natural light into the interior of the building. The use of glass-reinforced polyamides (31.8 mm) ensures high levels of thermal insulation with an Uf value of 1.6 W/m²K, while the special EPDM gaskets and the advanced perimeter mechanism provide the system with high degrees of water tightness and resistance to wind pressure.
