Corporate governance is a system of rules by which the company is managed and controlled with the aim of transparency and safeguarding the interests of the company’s shareholders and all those connected to its operation. Stakeholder groups include those who have an interest/interest in the business, such as employees, creditors, suppliers, government and the community.
ALUMINCO, since 1982, has adopted the Principles of Corporate Governance, as defined by the current Greek legislation and international practices, while implementing policies, regulations and procedures aimed at its proper and efficient administration and operation, as well as the inextricable connection of the principles of corporate governance with its broader corporate culture, as good governance is not limited to the formal observance of laws, but requires personal trustworthiness and responsibility.
