The 3rd Cyprus Architecture, Interior Architecture and Land Development Awards took place on Monday, March 17, 2025, at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre. Aluminco, together with its commercial partner Phanos N. Epiphaniou, supported the event and attended the prestigious ceremony.

Mrs. Andri Epiphaniou, representing Phanos N. Epiphaniou Ltd., presented the award for the Green Environmental Awareness Project. During the evening, a total of eight awards were presented, along with the honorary Lifetime Achievement award, which was given to architect Haris Feraios.

The awarded projects stood out for their creativity, innovation, and sustainability—defining the future of modern construction.
