AN OPTIMIZATION TECHNOLOGY THAT COMES TO ‘LOOSEN THE MANUFACTURER’S HANDS’ AND MAKE THE WAY OF CONNECTING PROFILES SIMPLER!

ALUMINCO’s Research and Development department, always looking for opportunities to optimise the manufacturing process of frames, comes to present two new profile connection angles.

These are two double-hit connection corners, with positions for both cap screws or screws, and which, using special plastic inserts, can be used in all Aluminco opening systems , allowing the use of any ALU16 (perimeter) tilting mechanism, without the need for a separate corner for each brand of mechanism. The new corners are available in 18.6 and 14.3 mm thickness. On all Aluminco opening systems, the manufacturer, regardless of the brand of perimeter mechanism used (GU, ROTO, SIEGENIA, WINKHAUS), will need to select and purchase one of the two corners. This simplifies the process of selecting components and reduces storage space. In addition, the length of the new corners at 11 mm makes the connection and alignment of the profiles even better.

This new concept comes to replace and unify the different types of corners in order to reduce their number. This simplifies management for the dealer and the manufacturer as the number of corners to manage is reduced to a minimum.
